The poor hospitality will keep me from returning. When I stayed there previously the night clerk was wonderful but today’s 15 minute experience was not good and I will stay elsewhere
Very kind staff. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. (Double bed room). Very accommodating to pets. Nice breakfast options (bacon, cinnamon rolls, etc).
The hotel looked to be recently updated. It was clean and the room was comfortable. Good selections for breakfast.

It was super weird that the closet was the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush the bed was made very sloppy and there was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress not comfy at all
Very clean for a place that takes dogs. Great breakfast. Excellent price. Nice bed. Just overall the best place I've ever stayed for that price. Maybe because NY is crazy in prices.
This was the second time we’ve stayed at the Sleep Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was adequate. No complaints
Wonderful front desk clerk, check in was quick, and easy. Room was spacious, and clean. Quiet as well. Breakfast was plentiful, and had hot options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. Hot and cold cereal, pastries, fruit, coffee, and juices also. Enjoyed it so much, I booked for next month as well!
The room has distinctive smell. My comforter had stains, not sure if they had been washed

It was clean and affordable. Nice property. Good breakfast, though I recommend getting there early. It was a feeding frenzy. The few things I didn't like, no chair in my room, made working on my computer difficult. The hotel was a bit difficult to find. It was behind another building and there was no sign at the traffic light telling you where to turn. Besides those two things, the hotel was nice and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was very busy! Had one employee staffing Breakfast AND Front Desk!
Buffet was out of coffee, no sugar, no waffle batter, no SPOONS, no milk, one of two cereals empty, etc.
And that was while we were there (8:30 am) on Saturday and Sunday.

I rarely write reviews but this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. First, the lady at the front desk was not friendly. Second, we got to our room and the entryway light didn’t work, there was toilet paper in the toilet bowl, and the bed was small. We were tired from driving and had already brought in all of our luggage so we let it go for the night. The next morning we woke up and I started to question what room did I book so I confirmed that I had booked a king room. We were assigned a room that looked like a double bed. To have a room that was unclean and did not have a king bed felt like we were completely ripped off!! By this point, I’m beside myself so my husband decided to go get the breakfast! Surely they would have a fantastic breakfast, right?? Guess again, breakfast was a joke, no eggs, no spoons. So we decided to check out and get breakfast at a local restaurant but wanted to see if we could at least get the difference between a double and a king room. Well, there was no one at the front desk so breakfast had to wait. At long last the same unfriendly clerk showed up and said there was nothing she could do.

Beds were very comfortable. The bedding was not entirely clean, however. There was pen ink on the covers and what appeared to be blood or wine on the comforter. There was also someone else’s hair on the pillows. Ended up just using my own pillow. The room also smelled like a wet dog. Slept well, the AC was great!
The breakfast station was wonderful. On our last day though it was extremely messy. The older woman who was working on Friday morning was amazing but the younger girl who did Saturday and Sunday morning was absolutely miserable. Maybe some customer service training would help her.
Our bathroom was good. It was clean and the shower was nice.

Hotel was nice just wish the desk clerk would have mentioned prior to check in that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Which is not normally a issue but husband was only in recovery from back surgery for couple of months. Made it difficult to get luggage to our room. No assistance was offered.
