The Lucerne Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We like the location, the building, the friendly and helpful staff, the junior suit, and on-site nice breakfast."

Hotel Belleclaire
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has the best little luxury boutique feel from the decor, the chic restaurant, and the cutest , plus tasty french bakery adjacent. Everyone who works at the hotel is very friendly, hospitable, and makes an effort to recognize and remember your occasion for staying. Would have preferred a room with a view of 77th street or Broadway, vs looking at the back alley courtyard, but Amanda was awesome! The location of the hotel is primo, from dining diversity to many modes of entertainment all within walking distance, as well as short subway stops. We'll definitely be staying there again next time we're on the upper west side!"

Radio Hotel

Highbridge Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We traveled all night because of game change, they let us check into one of our 2 rooms super early! I was so surprised! It was 9:30 am and also told us to go ahead and get some breakfast!"

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clifton/Rutherford
6/10 Okay
"The girl desperately needs a renovation. The corridors are dimly lit and it feels dangerous."

Night Hotel Broadway
2/10 Terrible
"The elevator was disgusting and smelled terrible. The room was full of hair and dirty clothing on sides and underneath the bed from previous people. The AC was loud and broken. The bathroom looked like someone kicked out the door from the inside out and the chips in the tub were rusted. All this forced us to leave at 3am when our 2 year old started coughing non stop from the poor air quality. ~ Semper Fi "

Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel
4/10 Poor
"We needed a hotel near Columbia Univ. and were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We had 2 rooms which were very expensive especially since this has a 4 star rating. If we needed to use a microwave it was located on a different floor but at least there was no charge. If we needed a small refrigerator (an additional charge) they also were on a different floor.
One room didn't have a closet, only one rod perpendicular to the wall with a few hangers in the bathroom. The concrete looking floor had stains all over and no carpet whatsoever in one room. Just a runner at the foot of the bed in the other. The corners were full of lint and cobwebs behind the curtains on the window sills. The restaurant was very expensive with not a very varied choice on the menu, especially for teens and children. We will never stay there again or recommend it. However, staff was very nice."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New York City Central Park
2/10 Terrible
"They gave me a room with a defective lock/door handle! The surface of the door itself was visibly broken. I could NEVER get into my room with the key. Each time a male manager or maintenance man had to be called to strong arm it open. I even had a man from a neighboring room try to help me to no avail. Also the shower handle fell off in my hand, and some of the elevator buttons didn’t light up. I should have been given a different room or given a room at another hotel. Staff did not seem overly concerned. "
