Would have rated as excellent if there was protein in the breakfast offering, but there was only carbs and sugar. Also, the bathroom fan in the room below was unacceptably loud in our room."

"The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it."
