"We had a pleasant stay at Albury Manor House. The hotel has a charming European atmosphere with a strong sense of history, which we really appreciated. The room was very spacious, and both the bed and overall comfort were excellent. The bathroom was also large, and the shower pressure and hot water were fantastic—very relaxing after a long day. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and we found the parking and Wi-Fi to be very good. The staff were friendly and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. That said, the property does feel a bit heavy and dated in some areas, particularly the bathroom. The bathtub, while large, looked quite old and not as clean or bright as expected, which was a slight disappointment. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the character of the hotel. With some updates, especially in the bathroom, it could be even better."

"Bad experience. Arrived early evening and found the reception closed, after hours mobile phone wouldn't answer, even the hotels.com agent couldn't get hold of them, including the call being answered and hung up on. Eventually had to give up (after nearly an hour of trying) and find somewhere else to stay for the night. Not only disappointing, but genuinely aggravating, when after hours arrangements could have easily been made. Zero / ten rating. "

"Amenities have been upgraded however a few more dollars spent on a nice table in the room would have completed an otherwise gorgeous room. Staff as always excellent. "

"Not the room pictured on the website. I was required to pay extra for the motel room. Room and bathroom were clean but quite rundown. In need of repainting and repairs to cracks in the wall. Bedding and towels very fresh and clean."

"Overall very happy with our cabin, the only complaint would be the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. All else was great. "
