The restaurant staff also deserve praise for their impeccable service and culinary expertise. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect sanctuary after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-speed internet, which was crucial for my work. The attention to detail in ensuring my room was always in perfect condition was truly appreciated. "Very pleasant experience! Service was great and so was the staff. Ikram and his staff at Tajine dinning hall provided great service and the food was excellent. Food was fresh and no issues eating uncooked food for overseas travelers. For room service dining, the staff was able to make accommodations for seasoning and salt. Laundry services were very efficient and did a superb job! The location is next to MM Alam road, which is very convenient for shopping, and a very central location at the heart of Gulberg. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and would be looking forward to stay there again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was great. Air conditioning in the room was weak. And the comforter was very heavy, if you sleep under it, you will surely sweat a lot and it will be like sleeping in puddle of water. We asked for light comforter but they didnt have it. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was courteous and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again."

There was a function happening across the street in a fairly residential area and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3am. Something out of the hotels control but the response from the management wasn't great. Great value for international travellers, not for locals"
