"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . Thus, I suggest to delete...

"We did not get the apartment we requested. Pictures on website is not even close to what we got. It was supposed to be a two story apartment, and we got a tiny one floor. Horrible experience "

All the staff (including at the cafe next door) were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for what I needed for my 3 night stay. "
