Very friendly night reception staff after arriving in the early hours

Fabulous location, set in vineyards and olive groves. Ended up in one of the suites overlooking the pool, which was wonderful. Restaurant menu was varied and the food was good. Great staff, who also arranged a visit to the Santa Vitoria wine cellars for us.

Stayed one night. Enjoyed fabulous sunsets over the vineyards. What a charming place! It's got vineyards, fruit trees, exotic animals, it's own bullring, wine production on site, fresh air.......magic! Ideal for a romantic getaway.

Excellent experience and very welcoming host. We recommend!

Lovely hotel in a small village. Ideal for a relaxed and chilled stay. . Staff are helpful and friendly. I asked for tea for breakfast on the first day as there was only coffee. After that my tea was waiting for me every morning. The hotel has lovely grounds with a pool. This was our second stay and will not be our last.

Have stayed before and for us its the perfect location with easy access to everything. Great bar and bar snacks. Good breakfast (typical Portuguese) No swimming pool but that really isnt a problem for us. Rooms decent size but no kettle etc but as there are cafés every few metres we dont feel its a problem.

Very friendly staff

One of the best service experience I have ever experienced Recommend this hotel 100%

Excellent hotel with wonderful attention to detail.

We were a family of four spending 5 five nights in a three bed with a pool and an amazing view of the natural country side. The overall impression of the place was relaxed and friendly. But sometime this could be missed as too laid back with varied interaction with the reception team. Maybe their English was rusty? I think you have to remember that you are going somewhere remote from the usual tourist locations. The whole area was relaxed and this is something to remember. It’s not like a...

The hotel felt like going to a ranch being about 5km along a dirt road. Once there it was very comfortable and felt very relaxed and friendly. The spa area was pleasant and so were the pools. The breakfast was nice and the arrangements for dinner work well with the hotel calling through to a restaurant for delivery of the mains and producing starter and desert on site. There are other mains there which are more basic. Overall a good hotel and a shame we were there for such a short period.

Amazingly peaceful place. Tranquility at its best. Great service given always with a smile. Squeeze your own orange/lemon juice, its gorgeous.

Amazing location and super service
