"Stayed for a short weekend while visiting Disney with my young kids. Overall the property was good and staff we encountered were wonderful. The room was fine and mostly clean, just dated. The pool was convenient but not heated so our pool time was short. My biggest complaint would be cleanliness of the pool - the pool area was fine but the pool itself needed cleaning and had so much debris. Location was walkable and felt very safe, but seemed like a little bit of a trek with the kids. The full breakfast was solid and made our mornings so much easier. Overall good stay and parking was easy. I might consider trying other options next time since there are so many. "

"Was good, room and propety was clean, breakfast was fairly decent and was a great option at a hotel especially that close to Disney. Staff was young and not super well trained.....Called the front desk to ask for a baking sheet and was told "we will bring it if we have one, but if we don't then we don't have one" Price was good and it was close to Disney!"

"Positives: Room pricing was good for the area. The beds were comfy, there was a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant downstairs. The food at the restaurant was really good, with nice options for breakfast and dinner. The housekeepers were attentive to room needs. Negatives: WiFi was $11.95. This was surprisingly disappointing for a Hilton property. As a Hilton Honors member, it gave no option to login to bypass this, other than a prompt to “sign up now” to get free WiFi. So basically, they want to sell your information to make more money off you, if you choose not to pay $12 for internet. Parking was $35 per night, which was full both nights we stayed. I was lucky and found the last spot as someone left each night, which is besides the point. I think there was overflow parking, but no free option. The water temp in the shower was just above Luke warm, not hot. Long wait times to be seated at the restaurant. I waited more than 15 minutes before any staff acknowledged me for seating. I waited so long that I thought the restaurant was closing for the night. It was not busy, and I was the only person at the podium. The elevators…. They have 4, but only two worked. I waited 20-30 minutes around checkout from the 5th floor. Each time, the two functioning elevators were filled to capacity. I took the stairs and got lost, as it wasn’t clear how to get out. I then had to exit and walk all the way around the bldg to get to the front."

"Hotel was really close to Disneyland only about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is just a bit outdated but overall it was great! "

"Pool was ok even though kids only swam for an hour before it closed. Room was ok but you really only sleep there when you go to Disneyland. My only complaint was the outlet by bathroom didn't work but it worked the following day. We'd stay again if opportunity rises👍"

"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "

"Stayed with my teenage daughter feb 2026. Room was old and outdated (obviously did not get a renovated room), the mattresses were thin and too squishy, and since we were on the second floor with the arched window we could not make it dark. After one night of poor sleep we cancelled our stay and went to a different hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, but this is not the hotel for us. Disappointing after all the good reviews."
