"I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....

"I stayed at this hotel some years ago and remembered it to be very good, so I booked again. Service is excellent with very helpful any caring staff. The

is excellent as well with lots of choices, although the warm options tend to be a bit overcooked. Additionally they offered a small corner with free "welcome snacks&drinks" in the afternoon. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, also generally clean - with one exception: large pieces of dust were hanging down from the air...
