Staff were friendly, location a bit far from the center

This is the smallest room I stayed. No space . Great location. Right next to cemetery. Walking distance to local attraction and restaurants. Old Sarajevo. Restaurant is Turkish food and they don’t serve alcohol. Bathroom is so small you barely can move in it.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10

Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). We ordered the Bruschetta. The menu described their unique way of preparing it: Eggplant, feta cheese, and a couple of other typical items on French Baguette. You know, probably one of the most recognizable menu items in the world. What arrived was thin white sliced bread—toasted—with what can only be described as wet cat food. I let the server know that not a single ingredient from the menu was on the plate. She told us that the kitchen was out of ALL of the ingredients for the Bruschetta. So what the geniuses in kitchen basically decided to do was blend together a bunch of stuff they DID have into a grey-colored slop and put it on toast and then actually serve it, imagining that their paying clientele were too stupid to notice or care. Unbelievable. I have let bad restaurant experiences go without complaining as many of us have, but this was so utterly lazy and so stupid that I do feel someone should lose a job. The server was gracious, and apologized. I think that she knew serving it was the wrong thing to do, but she was forced to do it. What they did to her was worse than what was done to us.

Wonderful experience! Very consistent and professional service. Also amenities very good. You can tell they’ve renovated the hotel with quality in mind. The service team matched the same mindset Overall amazing!
