The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. Some staff friendly, tried best to help with issues. Location is good as can walk to local places easily. Room relatively clean, however dropping item that went under bed, room needs heavy dusting as there is carpet of dust that hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
