The bathroom floor needed moping. Need some more breakfast dishes, bowl, spoon, knife. Perhaps a toaster also. Great location, cafe and restaurant together. I had a good stay. Thanks.

The desk staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was central .The bed was comfortable . The room was not very clean on arrival there was mascara smudges on the bathroom bench that wiped off with a cloth. The hotels claims to do a tidy each day however they did not replace towels even when dirty ones were removed. Twice I had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. They only seemed to tuck in the sheets on the bed and that was the tidy.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help wherever they can—they truly deserve a big round of applause. I’ve stayed here twice now. The first visit was excellent, with a much better room, while the second stay was a little more mixed. The shower could definitely use some maintenance, and unfortunately the dryers in the laundry didn’t seem to work very well. That said, the accommodation is fairly basic, but it’s clean and perfectly adequate for a comfortable place to rest your head.
