Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building.
