Very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were marvelous. They were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The location was wonderful; truly beautiful and convenient and quiet. Hostess and her associates were wonderful to work with.

Absolute Spitzenklasse
Rafaela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wegen einer Verspätung wurde der Schlüssel mit Code hinterlegt. Das Zimmer hatte einen direkten Meerblick. Vom Balkon konnte man die Stadt Alghero sehen. Man muss allerdings einen Mietwagen haben , um die Sandstrände zu erreichen. Man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Es gab sehr vielfältige Speisen. Wer hier nichts für sich findet, dem kann keiner mehr helfen. Etwas schwierig war der Zugang über den Felsstrand ins Meer. Da muss man man körperlich schon fit sein, um dies zu bewältigen. Etwas störend waren auch die Möwen, die gerne mal ihren Kot im Vorbeiflug auf der Veranda hinterließen. Ich würde aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war ein erlebnis.

A real gem
A super nice and very tastefully decorated Mediterranean villa, with great art pictures and furniture. Everything was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. We'd like to thank Rafaella for her warmth and hospitality. We'll be more than happy to come back soon.

My wife and I loved our stay at Villa Grachira! From the moment of our arrival, Rafaela welcomed warmly and showed us to our oceanfront room. We had our own balcony with a table and two chairs, the room was well designed and clean. The morning continental breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Rafaella was great with communication and getting our room ready. We stayed in the Lucia room and it had the perfect view of everything. We actually stayed in one day just to enjoy it. Breakfast was amazing.

The views in this property are incredible, from everywhere. The rocky beach area is gorgeous and there is two beaches within a 10 walk minute walk. I really enjoyed the breakfast also, lovely selection. The host is really helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely and cleaned to perfection daily. The balcony view is amazing.

Terrible check in. I was saved by a french couple that called the attendant. Otherwise I would have spent the night on the stairs of the "hotel". The girl wascalled and promised to arrive in 5 minutes which were actually 20.

ear Sir, check in is from 12 to 14. Otherwise, as it says in your reservation you have to call an hour before, But you have decided not to. So the wait was necessary since I don't live in the facility. I never have any problems with checking in, and I always welcome customers with a smile, but she has decided to be rude and annoying.

Happy stay, lovely views.
We have had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff, helpful staff. What a beautiful view we had from our room. So glad we stayed here rather than in the centre of Alghero. Our only thing that troubled us was the mattress on the bed was too hard for us. But this did not spoil our stay. We enjoyed the garden breakfast after a few days of rain.

Stayed in the Jr. double suite. Stunning views right on the water. Went to sleep with the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. Our room was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. You will need a car to get around. Easy parking for us on the street, but might be more crowded in high season.

Villa Grachira is a delightful place to stay. The position is perfect for visiting Alghero as long as you have a car. The view from the rooms on the sea side is stunning, and the rooms themselves are beautifully clean and bright. The suites in particular are lovely, though the standard rooms are a little small. The owner, Signora Raffaella, could not possibly be more helpful. The breakfast is much better then the standard fare. In fact, we loved being there and recommend it highly.

Our aim to stay this villa is to spent our time calmly by watching nice sea view from clean,comfortable room. On this point, here is perfect and owner is very kind though she stays day time only. There are some restarants and bars and small mini store nearby but cannot be chosy. Alghelo town is 7-10 minutes drive from here. Conclusion is this is very nice place and we would like to come again.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und unpraktisch. Es gab wenige Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Unterkunft. Zum Frühstück gab es immer das selbe. Einzige schöne war der Ausblick auf das Meer.

Super friendly staff - always helpful and very welcoming. had to change my booking mid-term and they assisted wonderfully. view in the junior suite is amazing!! little downside: Wifi connection in first floor is not stable and can’t be used for working.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite im obersten Stockwerk. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist genial! Das Doppelbett (ca. 160 breit) war überaus hochwertig und bequem. Die Minibar ist üppig gefüllt mit Rot- und Weissweinen der Region, Bier, Wasser mit und ohne sowie Pommery. Die Frühstücksterrasse hoch über dem Meer ist ein Traum nach dem Träumen ;-) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert und der Kaffee kommt aus einer Nespresso-Maschine ;-) Wunderbar#1 Das Beste jedoch ist Raphaela, die Betreiberin. Sie ist ein wahrer Schatz voller Herzlichkeit und Charme. Wir können dieses Haus nur allen wärmstens emfpehlen, die Wert auf Sauberkeit und Stil legen!

Non dimenticheremo quella vista..
La prenotazione è stata effettuata solo un paio di settimane prima della partenza, scegliendo tra diverse altre (strutture alberghiere e appartamenti visto l'ampia disponibilità in zona Alghero, causa ancora ridotto turismo) e optando per Villa Grachira sulla base delle foto e delle recensioni. Scelta la camera ad angolo con vista sul mare e Alghero. Arrivate a Fertilia (viaggio con mia figlia 22enne), l'esterno della Villa non mi ha immediatamente impressionata, ma ho subito cambiato idea. La camera non ha deluso le aspettative, era bellissimo svegliarsi la mattina con quella vista e abbiamo passato una giornata di mare sugli scogli sottostanti, mare fantastico. La prima sera abbiamo anche visto un delfino. Se cercate "la vita" il posto non fa al caso vostro, ma se volete la tranquillità a 10-15 minuti di auto dalla vivace e bella Alghero, questo è un angolo di paradiso perfetto. Da qui si raggiungono diverse spiagge attrezzate e non in meno di 20 min di auto e Stintino (e la Pelosa) sono assolutamente a portata di mano. Abbiamo anche scoperto Isola Rossa a poco più di un'ora di strada, selvaggia e da esplorare. Le ultime parole per Raffaella, ospite gentile e discreta, sempre disponibile, ci ha accolte sempre con il sorriso, anche se in un momento non facile: le camere occupate erano pochissime, un privilegio per noi ospiti ma complicato per chi vive di turismo (anche se lei non ce l'ha mai fatto pesare). Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità, la disponibilità e la pulizia.

Super B&B mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht
Das B&B liegt ca. Mintuen entfernt und der wunderschönen Altstadt Alghero. Ausgezeichneter Standort für diverse Ausflüge. Super schöne Strände in der Nähe. B&& Zimmer sind gross, sauber und der Ausblick ist top. Auch das Frühstück stimmt völlig.

La posizione è indescrivibile e le camere sono davvero molto belle e grandi con spettacolare vista sul mare. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gestire la camera addirittura fino alla sera del giorno della partenza e questo, devo dire, è stato molto apprezzato. L'ambiente è veramente riservato e bello, lo consiglierei a chiunque. Ci ritorneremo certamente.
