Very friendly, caring, speak both Spanish and English very well, responsive, helpful and just great kind people. The rooms are spacious, super clean, have everything you need there. "Stayed for 8 nights with two friends. The reception staff were very welcoming speaking both Spanish and English. The room was a good size for 3 people and the beds comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The water from the shower did seem to get onto the bathroom floor somehow but this is a minor gripe. The fridge and air conditioning in the room both worked and there is also tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a TV in the room with a number of Spanish speaking channels. There is a good size pool which is treated with salt rather than chlorine which is a bonus. Plenty of sunbeds and a good sized seating area. Drinks and food can be ordered from the bar. There is also a restaurant however I am unable to comment on the food as we ate out every day. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and buses are available directly outside the hotel. The town centre is also walkable however it is along a busy road. This is my second stay at Hotel Alboran and I would highly recommend it. "

"Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "
