Gorgeous property, unbeatable location. It looks like everything is really far apart, but it is not. The rooms were impeccable all around. Only minor misses were on the communication side with respect to the suite kitchen amenities, e.g. actually having dish soap and laundry detergent available, but not in the room, and the missed dates that the onsite restaurants were open. We spent money buying kitchen items that we later realize we’re not needed because they were included but not provided in a timely fashion. Finally, we put a credit card on file when we checked in, but when we went to the restaurants, it was seemingly not on file which was awkward and not at rectified automatically during our stay. Otherwise, this was truly a stunning and remarkable hotel. Kids loved the beach.

We loved our stay here! We only stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. The setting is lovely with lush greenery and was lovely to walk around! The restaurants were really nice and the hotel couldn’t have done enough to accommodate our 20mo daughter with a cot and proper high chair provided in the room. Only comment was that the lift down to the Beach was broken so hopefully that will be fixed soon for any disabled holiday goers, we carried our buggy down but next time we’d leave it at the top!

Had a wonderful week long stay here in March. The resort is very attractive and me and my toddler enjoyed walking through the resort in the morning and saying hello to the cats. The apartment was clean and cosy and we were not bothered by our neighbours. The cleaners were all very pleasant and friendly to our daughter. The only downside I would say is that they do not have a grocery store on site which I think would benefit clients.

Enjoyed our stay at Pine Cliffs and the golf was great. Staff were fantastic especially Samuel and his sister at the golf club. I wish comms prior had been clearer - was told could not rent clubs - you can! and also that laundry was a service - we had a washing machine in our room! Could have saved us a lot of luggage - clubs (x3) and 2 weeks of clothing! Else everything was great - fantastic resort.

So worth it - truly 5 star
We absolutely loved this resort. On one of the most gorgeous, best beaches I’ve ever seen. Has a huge lawn with sun chairs that overlooks the ocean. We had a 3 bedroom apartment that was so comfortable. An absolute highlight of our trip and this resort is a true oasis away from the very trashy scene at Albufeira Old Town (was gross). Food and drinks overpriced for sure. Can go out for dinner and have breakfast in your room. Huge property so need to be able to walk distances though they have transfers. Big kids club - tons of peeps with little ones. Multiple pools. Just a great experience. We loved it!

We liked the resort, but there was a lack of info re closures and opening of restaurants and bars, not many shuttles to hand and there is a lot of walking if you cant get one. Wanted to play golf but no buggies and because I was on my own would not allow me to book a tee time, also not helpful in that regard. We stayed in an apartment which appeared new, however the shower leaked out into the bathroom, bit messy

Great facilities for adults and children, food was ok, but better options available off resort. However the staff, rooms, house cleaning, professionalism, service with a smile and doing that little bit extra were all there and all were up to par as expected of a well performing 5 star resort. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my sister and mother. Stayed in the new apartments had a two bedroom which was absolutely beautiful and so spacious and clean near entrance of resort. This was convenient as we walked across the steeet in the morning for coffee and croissants. The staff and service was absolutely amazing. It was my mother’s birthday and they sent a bottle of champagne to our room. Tons of beach chairs and great service and beautiful pools. The spa was also excellent as we all had massages. Concierge was so helpful in arranging dinner reservations off site and tacis. The property is massive and absolutely stunning. Mare is delicious and the sunset at the champagne bar was breathtaking. Best vacation and would absolutely return back.

Wonderful stay!
Great experience! The Pine Cliffs resort is the perfect place to enjoy good family moments! In the middle of the cliff and over the sea, its location makes this space one of the best in Algarve! Just one important remark, there is no specific access to the beach for baby strollers and for people with reduced mobility.

Check in para as 14h foi nos dito que era ás 16h Room service não disponível 24horas conforme indicado na reserva Serviço de limpeza não diário O serviço take away do restaurante Corda bar não veio completo assim como as facturas . Pequeno almoço do hotel dada à situação com filas intermináveis que acabamos por desistir , deviam organizar se de outra forma nesta questão. O restaurante da praia com um serviço que deixa bastante a desejar e numa situação em que estava cheio tinha pouca gente a trabalhar fazendo com que tudo demorasse bastante . De resto condições das Suites excelentes e áreas envolventes .

We hadden voor Pine Cliffs Gardens geboekt, maar kregen een upgrate naar Pine Cliffs Suites omdat Gardens verbouwd werd. We verbleven in een prachtig ruim modern appt geschikt voor 4 personen. Wij waren met 2 volw.. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien (oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, kookplaat, koelkast en vriezer. iedere dag gratis 2 flessen water en volledige huishoudservice (ook de keuken!). Klein nadeel: door de glazen (inschuifbare) wand tussen slpkmr en bdkmr was het onmogelijk om zonder te storen 's nachts van het toilet gebruik te maken. Er was gelijk heel veel licht! Glazen deur van toilet kon niet zachtjes gesloten worden helaas. De airco kon niet lager dan 19 graden ingesteld worden. Maar al met al een geweldig appt op een prachtig resort.
