I had to plan a last-minute trip to visit Puerto Rico for family matters, and the staff at Tropical Beach Hotel were incredibly accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported. Jessica, Pedro, Andrea, and Soe — thank you all for being so kind, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Excelente la experiencia en estadía en el 1912 Hotel Boutique de Cayey. Me quedé junto a mi esposo por un asunto de trabajo en Cidra pero nos encantaría regresar. Al momento no tienen ascensor pero próximamente lo estarán instalando junto a otras amenidades que tendrán. Apoyemos lo nuestro!!!
