"Staff and front desk and room service all nice and professional and safe and everything but some of the rules don’t make since like not able to use my personal camera they said the policy don’t accept that I can bring in my camera to my room and everything but not able to use my personal camera but they said I can use my phone camera and everything but not my personal camera wich is the same thing but everything else is perfect and professional. "The staff are your biggest asset special mention to Reception staff Ahmad,Jermeen and Rowan Restaurant staff,,,Hazem,Emad,Karim,Ahmed,Seif and Maysan. Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel..We will definately be back again..."
