The toilet was dirt from the previous guest. The wifi did not work. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and amazing.

The hotel is in very unpleasant area without anything around. Receptionists do not speak english at all so you communicate with them by using google translate which can be tiring and sometimes leads to misinterpretations. They are helpful and the owner is fair. I arrived in early morning (3 AM) and they accepted me to checkin without charge even tough they informed me through hotels.com that they have to charge half a day but they did not whihc is very positive from their side. Room is fairly clean and standard one. TV was not working, you could only hear the sound and wifi was terribly slow. First when I came there was no wifi, and one of the major reasons I chose this hotel is that they have wifi. After complaint and several messages, the owner fixed the net but I think wifi infrastructure is not proffesional since I had wifi signal in my room but you could only use net for messaging not for video streaming or browsing. When you come to first floor on one particular place you can have decent internet speed but other locations are bad. When I had to check out (11AM) I asked receptionist if I can stay in a hallway next to reception as my flight was at midnight she was constantly asking for money eventough I am not an obstacle since hotel was completely empty (no lights during the night on all hotel windows) and nobody was coming/going at all. Only beacasue they accepted me for early check out without additional charge I give on a scale 1-10 grade 5.

Although We gave this guest a free night free of charge and everything he requested it wS expected from his behavior with us to give such a review though We did all of our best to make him feel comfortable but he didn’t appreciate giving him a free night although he only paid for one night and he did stay for 2 nights. Nevertheless, We always welcome all kind of guest and always We are on top and the best and nearest hotel to Alexandria international Airport.

The hotel is terrible. Don't make a reservation. So I did not stay the hoel at night. I lost one night hotel fee, 55$. I find anothet hotel, Farseen hotel. This hotel is very good. I gave the hotel 66$ a night(Suit room). Don't stay Royal NJ Hotel. This is not only Hotel but also Hostel. It is trash house.

Thank you for your compliment it's truly out of an experienced traveler such as you, although you should know that a hostel is a shared bathroom entity with duplex beds and sleeping with strangers which is absolute not in Royal NJ Hotel.

This property was a pleasant entry point into Alexandria. Near the airport, availability was immediate. While still in development, the property was well managed and the desk person next morning was most helpful in arranging for a taxi into the city despite our language barrier. Thank you to the owners and staff.

Friendly staff
It is the only hotel in the city.the staff do their best to make you comfortable. Nice BIG rooms.

スタッフがフレンドリーで親切なホテル
スタッフがフレンドリーで親切です。部屋は清潔で快適です。豪華な朝食が付いていました。近くに鉄道の駅がありアクセスも良いです。大きなスーパーマーケットが近くにあります。
