"The room was not only dirty, it was disgusting. The area around the bathroom had not been cleaned in what appeared to be a very long time. There were dark nasty stains on the bathroom walls, light switches, around the toilet and shower. There was chunky crud with hairs sticking to it around the baseboards and sink trim area. I regret (and am a bit embarrassed) not moving to another hotel or even telling the front desk. I just had the sinking feeling that another room would have had even more issues and the front desk staff didn’t seem particularly receptive to input. I was in the area for a funeral, so I wasn’t looking for much and didn’t have the emotional energy to engage in anything that could be construed as conflict. I just needed a budget motel to get me through the weekend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room positives were a working AC unit and soft, comfortable bed. Check in was easy and I felt safe enough. "

"I specifically booked because it said airport shuttle, their shuttle only runs from 820am-6pm. There is nothing that states this. I had to spend $24 plus tip for a Lyft. The rooms are ver spacious but filthy! There was dust and dirt on the windows that have been there for awhile. Hair in the shower. Rude manager, wouldn’t comp my ride. Don’t stay there m! "

"The whole thing!, very inviting lobby, Shelyn was very kind and helpful during check in and for recommendations for foods, restaurants and things to do! Bed comfy, very clean room, lots of lighting. Great breakfast with a variety of options. First hotel I’ve ever had chicken and waffles complimentary! Yummy! Fun checked me out and she’s also very sweet! So good to have Filipina women working at this hotel! Will definitely come back "
