Good place to stay very clean good breakfast. I only wish I didn't have to wait until 3 o clock to check in when your traveling event an hour would have been great. Thank you have a good day 😊

Price close to my weekend Job with the Navy Air conditioner did not stay cold for long had to just it couple times last night room 329 door bathroom need painting baseboard dirty rug buy bed had holes

The key card readers on the room doors were broken. We had to get our key cards reset multiple times only for it to make absolutely no difference. Noticed that they key cards worked coming in from outside of the hotel, so it was just the readers on the room doors that were not working. Had to stand outside my room for five minutes every time I wanted to enter and it was so frustrating. Sometimes the cards would eventually work but usually they would not. Getting into my room was such a battle and I was constantly going up and down to get the card reset and head back up to my room, then down again when it still wouldn't work. The staff was very kind and tried to help us in any way possible, but in the future rooms with broken card readers should not be assigned to any guests. I had a break down trying to get into my room.

Quiey, Alexandria not a destination. But we had to pullover and rest constantly rain downpours. Pretty cool spot. Great breakfast.

Lobby was nice but our rooms had ceiling falling in and tub had caulking all over the dirty old tub. I asked to get another room and they politely gave us another room and the bathtub was dirty with public hair in the soap dish! Very disgusting and can’t imagine why the Wyndham wants to lower their standards in hotels!

Like the staff, location and cleanliness of the hotel. The only complaints are key was very hard to read door opener device and electrical plugs in bathrooms did not work!!!

Clean, comfortable, but shower door loud rolling sqeaking noises, main ceiling light in bathroom out, and bright security lights aimed right at the building must adjust curtains according to block excessivelight. Good staff and clean, good breakfast selections, convenient location, decently priced. I Would stay again.

The hotel was great, unfortunately we were on the same floor as a very loud little league baseball team but noisy kids isn’t the fault of the hotel itself or its staff.

After the first night in the room, we received no maid service. We returned to our room late and I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. The desk clerk also offered me trash bags for room but it was late and I wasn't inclined to do the service myself.

I had a good experience minus the housekeeper. We were gone for my son’s surgery and when we came back a housekeeper had came in and took our dirty towels and tags but left us none. Emptied the trash but didn’t put us new bags in the cans. And only made one bed. It was odd. And an inconvenience for me to have to go ask for trash bags and towels with a baby who was not feeling well from surgery.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I was trying to sleep in a hole. The "free breakfast " was a joke. Boiled eggs, greasy sausage patties, and make your own waffles is not a full, hot breakfast. The keycard system narely worked. It should be an insert, not a pass over a reader. Not every guest likes that.

We needed a one night pet-friendly stop over en route driving between Dallas and New Orleans with our dog. Property and room were nicely appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We had a late arrival and called the hotel ahead to let them know we would be checking in after midnight, and they made sure a staff member was prepared for us to show up late. Would stop off here again if needed.

Best staff ever
The bedding is definitely outdated and the room phone didn’t work however the staff was very nice and the man that came in early on Sunday to make sure I got to the airport was super helpful and nice 😊.

Stop along the way
Stopped here for a night on our way to Mardi Gras. The hotel was fine except for a couple of things. When we got to the room 3 out of 4 pillows had hair on them that did not belong to us. Called from desk and they brought new pillow cases right away. Breakfast is only bagels/muffins/toast/cereal.
