I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of notifying me that the cleaning staff works every other day. Therefore the towels that were used didn't get picked up nor the trash emptied. I had to go down to the desk to get more towels because their phone did not work. The hotel needs to add an area for smokers on the outside. Other than that it was perfect.

They only had 1 staff member in the evening so whatever you needed e.g. towels, sheets, soap anything extra, you had to go to the front desk and get it.

It looks like a fairly new hotel. It is tucked away behind a couple of restaurants, which makes it hard to see. However, it also eliminates any road noise.

The only positive thing was the location. The room had multiple issues. Many of the outlets are loose or do not work so it was difficult plugging up electronics. The room does not have a microwave nor is there one in the lobby so do not bring any food back from restaurants because you can't heat it up. The ice bucket in the room was dirty. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The staff was rude, unpleasant, and not helpful. I shopped at the gift shop in the hotel and the cashier said I have to pay for a bag. There was an attempt to coerce us into attending a timeshare presentation without exactly telling us that. We were just told that we would be told about things to do while visiting san diego. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Hotel was great. Staff was nice but not over friendly. Had some sort of sport team staying so doors were being slammed and kids running the halls until after midnight. We had to leave at 3am so this made for a rough night. Hotel was very clean and rooms were very large! No complaints about the hotel at all!

We were visiting a sick family member at Cabrini Hospital this was a perfect location. Clean and spacious room. Morning breakfast was good.

I arrived about 45 minutes early and they wanted to charge me $25 extra so I have to wait and come back to check in. The pillows on the bed was so flat I had to roll my bath robe up and put it under their 2 flat pillows. While trying to charge someone $25 for less than an hour earlier check in buy some pillows
