Staff was extremely rude. The room was dirty. Instead of changing us to a different room they yelled and screamed at us, I have never experienced any customer service like that.

Property needs some management oversite. Night attendent was very polite, highlite of our stay. Cleaning staff needs better oversite, had to request clean towels and bed sheets were never changed in 5 days even after we requested the service. Also there were tonado warnings and the power went off several times. There were no emergency lighting illuminated. I think a visit from corporate HQs is needed very bad.

Hotel was ok. Location is great. Staff not always at desk or near. Buzzer on counter to call. Bathroom bathtub needs cleaned around and recaulked. Hotel needs to upgrade with shower gel, lotion, shampoo and shower gel. At first driving into parking lot thought hotel closed because the winter freeze had damaged the sago palms and other plants which make them look dead. All the plants need to be trimmed so hopefully they will rebound or need to be replaced. Carpet in room had not been vacuumed thoroughly. Overall clean. Hotel located by train track so you will hear the train horn when passing through if you are in a room on the west side. I would stay here again but on the east side.

This Comfort Suites was very affordable. The entire hotel, including the room, was very clean and quiet. The hotel check in and out clerks were very friendly and personable. Outside of the hotel could use some landscaping to brighten up the exterior and add more security lighting. Overall would stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!Booked here for a travel ball tournament.Checked in fine only to get to the room and find black mold all over the bathroom, and the room was stinky! Went back to the front desk and they issued another room only to find out the tub wouldn’t drain so the tub basically filled up with water and sat. We had to wait until the next morning for checkout to get another room bc the hotel was fully booked. Around 12 came back to see if they had another room she took my number so she could call if they did. She called letting us know we had a new room we get back only to find out this tub doesn’t drain either, and there is something growing on the air conditioner! 3 rooms and they were all trash!

Individual working the desk at check-in was rude. When I asked questions regarding charges that were not included on the website, she literally told me" you have an attitude, so I'll show you. I"m charging you a larger amount for incidentals. " She had already MADE A COPY OF MY credit Card, she stated because the system us down. At check out no one was at the front desk, as I wanted to report the incident - from check in. There was only a cleaning lady near the desk. She was kind. Told me the manager ( person supposed to work the desk) wasn't there.

The staff were very friendly. However, the bed was terrible! The center of the mattress was very broke in. You lay down and roll to the center! Definitely need to purchase new mattresses. There was a stain on the carpet. Bathroom could use some repairs to the wall.

We had a few issues with our room. Water went out for a while, TV wasn't working (they did repair), no mini fridge, hotel phone not connected, USB ports in room didn't all work.

Left in the cold!
Our check in was not good. We were assigned a room only to get in and unpacked and told we had to move. Theyd given us someone elses room. The room they gave us was freezing and wouldn't warm up all night. Breakfast was blah. The coffee, eggs and sausage were all cold. Overall, in wasn't woth the money!! 😞

Staff was great and extremely friendly. Loved the breakfast, lots of choices. The room was well equipped. Nice kitchenette and sitting area. My only complaint would be they need to redo the showers. The showerhead was barely spitting out water and the shower floors need anti slip, as I had to be extremely careful not to slip and my elderly aunt did fall and hurt herself in the shower due to slipping. My dad ended up putting the towel bath mat inside the shower to prevent from happening again.
