When I arrived the front desk employee was sitting the lobby, and made a comment about not getting his full break. During the check in process he mentioned that he was sleeping on the couch the last few nights and his neck hurt. After I was checked in he said well I can finish my break now. I was surprised to not find a hot tub, since when I booked online it said that one was in property. When it was mentioned to the front desk man, and asked if the hotel had any open whirlpool suites the front desk agent said well don’t u gave 2 queens? And that is going to be more comfortable sleeping than the sofa and a king and it’s going to be a significant up charge . I was then told if I don’t like it I could leave. About an hour later (around 7pm) the front desk person called my room and told me if I wanted to leave I could and I would get a full refund. I left the hotel for dinner around 730pm and the front desk person was again in the lobby and it looked like he was sleeping. I feel I could have been treated a bit better. The front desk person didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and wasn’t very helpful. I think the front desk

The only thing that we didn’t like about this place the bed and pillows. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat. Other than that it was great. Was very impressed how quiet it was at night.

The staff were extremely friendly! We had the pool to ourselves the whole time, although we did stay during the week. Perfect location. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff smoked right by the air intake for the heating for the pool. The entire pool area smelled like smoke. After being notified that it was unpleasant the staff continued to smoke. The children where not able to swim for more then 30 min the first night there due to the toxicity of the air in the pool area.

Best hotel in the area for a decent price
We've stayed here before and made this our go to hotel in any visit in the area. Always clean, comfortable and helpful staff. We also feel safe with their updated security doors that actually work. Also they have a nice hot breakfast with good coffee. We've not used their pool but it looks well attended. It's a good choice for many people as it fills quickly with events in the Alex area.

Hi Kristin,When you book through the third party and pay them for your reservation, they hold the reservation. In this case you utilized Expedia for your reservation and you paid them for your stay. Unfortunately, at the hotel, we are unable to alter the reservation or credit any funds back as your reservation is with Expedia, not us. We are sorry you didn't reserve the room that you believed you had. You will have to work directly with Expedia on these concerns. Thank you.

Unfortunately the beds in our room were very uncomfortable. The one evening the smell of pot that was throughout the hallway and even coming into our room under the door was unbearable. The kids did enjoy the pool.

I stay at this hotel several times a year and this visit was the worst. Rented rooms 216 and 219. The bathtub in 216 was not clean and the room had a funky smell. Room 219 was extremely dusty, dirty refrigerator, loose handle on the jacuzzi, and the beds in both rooms looked like someone had been laying on them. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. I will be shopping for another hotel to stay at as I was very displeased with our stay on October 5th-the 8th 2023.

I would stay there again.
It was good. The new girl, on the overnight accidentally changed my card again, even though I had already paid. The woman in the morning caught it, and fixed it for me. Breakfast was good. The room had a whirlpool tub. It was nice.

Rooms clean comfortable breakfast was great staff friendly and helpful bathroom a little small lobby clean pool was nice no hot tub steps only to 2nd floor no elevator to haul your luggage over all worked out great pet friendly that was helpful

Check in was slow and full of mistakes. Card keys didn't work for one of the rooms. Once access was achieved the room turned out to be already occupied. Luckily the real customers of the room we're not present!
