"Everyone one was professional and courteous from the front desk staff to the bartender. The hotel is decorated with amazing art and furniture. It was so clean and tidy. The area it’s located in is peaceful and quiet with restaurants near by. I will definitely recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel was extremely efficient even though it was a smaller version, it felt European. The room was spotless and the front desk very friendly and helpful. Young lady serving breakfast was attentive and kept our coffee cups filled."
"My wife and I absolutely love the Archer! We’ve been staying here for years, since it was under the Kimpton corporation and named The Lorien Hotel. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, the food at their onsite restaurants is always really good and the property as well as the rooms are always clean. We stay a couple of times a year when we need to get away for a few days but don’t have the time to take a longer vacation…as soon as we turn on to King Street, we feel like we’re home. We won’t ever stay anywhere else when we are visiting Old Town Alexandria. "
"The only thing I did not like was that the curtains would not close completely and street light shown into the room. I do not sleep with ambient light"
