"The property is located in a great and convenient location, close to the mall and other shopping and dining locations. The hotel is dated, but it has lots of parking, the roims were clean, the beds are comfortable, there's a pool, the rooms have a microwave and a mini refrigerator, and it's quiet. The staff was very responsive to my needs. There was only one working elevator (out of two) to service the 5 story hotel. I didn't like the Breakfast buffet, which was very limited, and there wasn't much seating in the Breakfast area. My stay was for 3 nights, but my key cards were deactivated after the 2nd night. I had to go downstairs to get my cards reactivated. The price was reasonable. "

"My flight left at 5:30 so I needed to be at airport at 3:30 an and shuttle did not run until 5am. Had to rent an uber."

"Rooms were ok but seemed old even though they look recently remodeled. We booked the hotel for the shuttle since it runs 24 hours and we were getting into the airport late. I called to verify the shuttle the day before, our plane was delayed by several hours which I called again to let them know. They said to call once we land and they would send the shuttle. We tried calling the hotel for 45 minutes with no answer. This was at 2:30 am with 2 very tired kids. We ended up arriving to the hotel at 3:45 am after FINALLY getting ahold of someone and they sent the shuttle. Be aware that if you are catching the shuttle from the hotel, he could arrive up to 20 min early and will yell once in the lobby that the shuttle is there and will leave. I had to run out to tell him my kids were coming and he seemed bugged. Overall, not a great experience. "

"went with my family of three, and it was such a nice escape from city life. There was plenty to do, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I only wish the weather had stayed nice the whole time, but we were still able to enjoy the water park on the first day of spring break. For the rest of the trip, we relaxed in our room and ordered food. It was 50 degrees one day so we explored Houston Galleria and the food was fantastic. "

"Overall, the hotel is pretty good. My check-in was very efficient and quick. My room was spacious and very clean. However, the shower is very small. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for 3 nights, but there were a couple of problems. On one morning, my wife and I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. During my last 2 nights, the fire alarms continuously sounded on several occasions very early in the morning. To say it was very frustrating is an understatement. Other than the cold showers and sleepless mornings due to a loud horn, our stay was pretty good. "

"Bad crowd outside at night, wife got sick eating at the restaurant and rooms are not clean. Night staff was rude, booked one room with 2 queens but got a room with 1 king. They would not cancel my reservation and they did not have a roller bed. Had to sleep on the floor. Not a good hotel. "

"My stay at Westin was great, the rooms was clean and quite. My only surprise was the destination fee I was charged and wasn’t made aware of. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels but have never charged a destination fee’s for each night of $28.00. The Marriott self Parking should be free you all are taxing the peoples and discouraging and causing people’s to choose other hotels. "
