Disused railway Looking south, this is the track bed of the former line from Haddiscoe Junction to Beccles crossing the Aldeby peninsula. This is the point where the railway enters a small cutting before crossing the River Waveney.

I stayed here some years ago and was very impressed, however it is very tired and dated now, they are doing some renovations in some areas. Definitely not worth the money at the moment.

Room was very tired and old and windows were cracked. I had to be moved as my two windows did not shut. New room was larger however the bathroom smelled like a sewer and it was also old and tired with rotting window frames. Bedding and curtains covered in stains.
