We stayed 2 nights. I chose this hotel as it was slightly out of town and therefore has easy parking and is away from any potential noise from the downtown nightlife. It is a nice short walk though the adjacent park to the outer canal. The staff on reception and in the restaurant appear to be mostly students studying at the attached university.
