"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "

"We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at...

"We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite. Breakfast was nice but we didn't enjoy the evening meal at all and all struggled to choose something, we were half board but didnt go back in after night 3 which was a pain as very little choice of restaurants nearby (2), lucky we had a car. "We had a lovely stay here. It's great for young families as the pool is excellent for children, and the restaurant is very convenient. The apartment was very clean, air-conditioned, and good value. There was a fridge and small kitchen, living room, TV and terrace, which made it more relaxed than just a hotel room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. A few negatives: they seem a bit short staffed at busy times, be careful of mosquitos getting into the apartment at night. Location is good...

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."
