Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Lakeside King room was comfortable and had a nice view. Steps leading to 2nd floor were not lit and are dangerous. Restaurant apparently cannot handle more then 3 orders at a time, as this was the reason given for the delay in our meal, which in the end was flavourless and contained the wrong items. We were comped for that.
Overall the service was alright, not spectacular but not rude, except for 1 staff. Place is dated, no beach, but easy water access and beautiful view. I would only...
