"They knew we are a party of 3 and yet the bathroom was supplied with 2 bathtowels, 1 silver dollar size soap at the sink but none in the shower, shower supplies were 1 tube of conditioner - 2 tubes of body lotion with all being different brands, but no shampoo. The face tissue box had only 4 sheets left. The pullout couch bed had no linen or pillows. The carpet and furniture were worn, stained, and dirty. The kitchen appliances were old, in poor condition, and not cleaned in a matter that I would feel suitable for preparing food. The door to the adjoining room had no lock, just a door knob with a chair pushed against it to keep someone from opening it."
