This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I booked this last minute the night before. Check in was supposed to be 3pm however I got an email saying I could check in just after 10am. You get what you pay for, basic however very clean and tidy room. The shower is one of the best I've ever used at a hotel. The bed is super super comfy. Everything is done online and there is no actual receptionist however they were quick to respond to my messages and let me check out an hour later than stated. We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude.
