Lamentablemente no pude entrar al hotel ya que estaba cerrado y cuando llamé a la recepción me dijeron que tenía que ir a otro hotel de la misma empresa (Baleia Plaza 4*). En principio no me gustó que no hubiera ningún tipo de aviso acerca del cierre del hotel que había seleccionado, en segundo lugar tampoco me gustó la ubicación del hotel a donde me querían hacer ir y en tercer lugar me pareció fatal que siguieran vendiendo noches el mismo día que estábamos ahí a sabiendas de que el hotel estaba cerrado. Después de haber aceptado las disculpas de la recepcionista de Baleia Plaza decidimos entrar en la habitación pero me encontré con 2 cucarachas en el dormitorio y la cocina. Mi colega que se quedaba en la habitación de al lado encontró 3. Inmediatamente bajamos a recepción y amablemente nos devolvieron el dinero.

A very basic hotel. We had a double room apartment which was very spacious if a little dated but hey this is not a 5 star boutique hotel. And who wants to stay indoors in the Algarve anyway. Reception staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't fault them. The hotel is central and just down from the Strip and 2 mins walk from Praia de Oura beach so expect noise during the day and at night from the neighbouring Hotels and apartment blocks as tourists and locals make their way back. Overall we would stay there again as the price for our 8 night stay was excellent.

Please don't stay there!! It's not a 3 star.

Please!! Please avoid these Apartments!! Espically if you are going with children!! They are very very dated,unsafe. I was allocated a very basic studio on arrival,it had a Bedsettee,small kitchen,with a few pots and pans,no kettle,toaster nothing!! A small portable tv!! I immediately went to complain!! Was moved straight away,a much bigger,very dated apartment,with a big balcony.I accepted it but honestly if I could have my choice I would just have walked out and went elsewhere. The hallways throughout the building were very dark and dismal,even when I founds light switches,half the bulbs Did not work.The front reception and small patio outside,look great week cared for,but sorry this is just window dressing!! The small portable tv in apartment only showed 4 channels,only sky news in English and that did not work properly!! The pool area was closed as someone from a neighbouring apartment through white wash in it. So had to be drained and refilled so was out of action for around 4 days. Was very small area with only a few plastic loungers.There is no internet connection in apartments so if you have children they will have nothing to do!! They would have to be taken out constantly you will have to buy all cleaning products,there us absolutely nothing in these apartments!! So even you had a spill,no mop brush nothing!! Finally the bathrooms stunk,mound and damp on the walls,ceiling. Old fashioned shower which you had to hand hold!! Only bright spot were staff,

Ok for a one night stay

Check in was fine, very helpful lady. Fortunately we only stayed one night. The apartment was huge and clean. Sadly it was very tired! The furniture and decor wasn't great. However, you get what you pay for and for a one nighter it was fine. The bathroom was clean, the shower was fine so that side of things was good. If you plan to stay here for longer be aware that there is no kettle and very limited cooking equipment.

Boa relação qualidade / preço

Não me posso queixar. De facto o hotel não tem grandes luxos nem grandes aparências, tem um aspeto antiquado mas razoável. Quem quiser vir para este hotel tem de se lembrar que não pode pedir muito para o preço a que se reserva. Tem estacionamento grátis, e mudavam os lençóis e toalhas diariamente, bem como limpeza diária do quarto (estivemos num estúdio). Na reserva estava escrito cama de casal, recebemos um sofá-cama que tinha 2 colchões (nada contra, juntou-se os dois e pronto). Pela localização junto da praia e das diversões noturnas, a juntar a isto tudo (limpeza, estacionamento grátis e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários) ao preço pelo qual pagámos não há como queixar. Dou 3 estrelas no geral porque de facto não é um hotel luxuoso nem nada perto, mas também não desgostei, não tive nenhuma experiência má, e só usámos o quarto para dormir praticamente, e guardar água no frigorífico. Tem piscina exterior mas não usámos por ser perto da praia. Apesar das críticas ao hotel e das avaliações que li antes de sequer ter reservado e ter lá estado, creio que muitas são injustas pois refiro novamente, ao preço que é, na zona que é, não podem pedir melhor. Se podiam melhorar um pouco, sim podem, mas não é mau nem um péssimo hotel.

I have stayed here many times and the staff have always been lovely! Going out of their way to do things for you! I would definitely recommend these apartments, they aren't the most modern apartments but the rooms have always been clean and it's cheap!

3 night stay for stag party. Hotel rooms are very dated and not in a great condition but were comfortable for what we needed and a great price. Location is near bottom of a steap hill so wouldn't recommend to anyone who may struggle walking up and down it daily.

No lo vi apropiado para ir con niños

Menos mal que sólo fue una noche. Pasamos un frío horrible ya que las ventanas eran de madera y no cerraban bien y el frigorífico tampoco. Útiles y electromesticos escasos.
