"It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design. Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star. Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train station and a street tram station. There are lots of places for shopping in the plaza nearby. The area is very safe."

"I requested a room with a view of Frankfurt and wasn't disappointed. It was thoroughly incredible to wake up and fall asleep to that dazzling view. And it is walkable to the city centre (20 minutes) and the row of museums, and quiet and clean. The staff were extremely polite and friendly - really charming and helpful. The breakfast is entirely worth it (the options are legion) and the amenities (gym, sauna, and pool) tipped it into one of tbe best hotels I've ever stayed in. I loved it."
