I booked our stay at SH Palace Valencia aer reviewing previous reviews and it seemed like a great fit. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and also helped us with our parking issue when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. On the day of the husband’s birthday, we went out and enjoyed the scenery, upon our return we had a complimentary champagne and a nice note from the staff to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our stay at SH Palace Valencia was amazing. If we travel to Valencia again, we will stay there again. "

"Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless. "
