Enjoyed local walks, the market in Tolosa and the understated luxury and comfort of the hotel. Food superb: real culinary experience

Warm welcome and great location for exploring tolosa!

Excellent all round. My daughter had a tooth infection and was given paracetamol by one of the staff, gratefully received. Food was first class and we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel to others.

Everywhere was spotless with a visible team of cleaners always keeping on top of the detail

Clean, did the job, difficulties reaching reception when I arrived

Beautiful hotel, great staff, awesome restaurant.

Lovely small hotel in the orchards. Excellent views all around. Breakfast was simple but very nice.

Modern, sleek, sea and river-view rooms; just steps from the beach. Excellent Thallaso spa access was included - and it's good enough for Orio's Olympic rowing team, too! :) Helpful, pleasant staff. Great loction and popular amongst locals and tourists, with several bars and restaurants to choose from all within a few minutes walk. Its a great spot to surf, run, walk your dog, paraglide, rowing etc.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful — we could even occasionally hear the donkey nearby. Our room was very spacious (room 203), had a like balcony, spotlessly clean and well maintained, with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Having air conditioning was also a big plus. Parking was easy and we never had trouble finding a space. The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes by car from San Sebastián and a great base for exploring northern Spain, from Bilbao all...

We stayed in a triple room, sadly only for one night. We would have been happy to stay much longer. The rooms are modern, airy, smart and quiet. The electric blinds are really effective. Very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, coffee, TV etc. Super clean. Location is really convenient too for the town and the beach. What sets the Hotel apart is the incredible welcome, service and friendliness. Esti spent a load of time recommending and booking restaurants for us and Pablo let...

The staff are really friendly with a great sense of humour. Rooms are very comfortable. Situated a little out of town, the surroundings are very restful. Vented of San Sebastián is a short bus ride.

Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped.
