"The room was big and clean. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our suitcases up. It was quiet. There were new towels in the bathroom which was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had less variety than expected…. It was close to the gateway arch, felt safe being there."

"No one at desk when I arrived in the afternoon. I called the hotel and no one answered. Had to walk around the place to find someone in a back room to check me in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. AC cold. Location convenient to dining. Door was warped and there was almost a 1 inch gap at the top of the door. Window coverings were electronic but one was broken. Fitness center was FILTHY. Didn't use pool, but there were toddler swimming lessons the two days I was there. Breakfast was BAD. Coffee terrible. No one at desk either morning. I will not be going back here."

"Unfortunately, paint is peeling from the walls in every room. There was dust buildup on the refrigerator and microwave. The carpet in the halls really need to be replaced."

"The room was clean, but the air conditioner in the room was really noisy and even when we turned it down it would not cycle off. We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. The toliet would not flush and was clogged most of our visit. The desk chair snapped while I was doing work and I landed on the floor hitting my head. My husband took the broken chair to the front desk where the young man behind the desk remarked that why did you break my chair. When asked to replace it he replied he did not have one. My husband then took the chair from the desk in the lobby, to replace the broken one. I needed one to complete work in the room. We would and will not stay here again."
