"Just returned from a concert, at midnight and got a night clerk knocked on my room door, and her badgering me about slamming a door. I just returned i told her. How can that be. That was not very welcoming. The Morning desk clerk was more than accommodating."

The Century House Latham - North Albany, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"We had a lovely stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. This stay lists onsite EV charger but unfortunately there was not one onsite or it was not working. This was part of the reason we booked this hotel so that was disappointing. There are nearby charging options."
