Ottima posizione dal centro però alcune cose....

La struttura si presenta priva di parcheggio anche solo per carico e scarico bagagli, è presente un piccolo parcheggio a pagamento in fondo alla via, la struttura è situata all interno di un palazzo (condomino ) la camera presentava polvere attaccata al muro (foto allegate ) bagno microscopico senza bidet e con un sistema di "lavaggio " incorporato al gabinetto ma senza spazio per le gambe.... Accoglienza ottima nulla da dire ferrovia alle spalle... Importo pagato per il mese di maggio a mio avviso alto.. avrei almeno gradito la prima colazione inclusa e un posto auto riservato alla struttura... Vero parliamo di un hotel ad una sola stella ma per ciò che offre non sono rimasto soddisfatto... PS letto alquanto scomodo con materassi direi obsoleti a molle... Niente aria condizionata ne mini frigorifero all interno... Insomma ho speso molto meno con molto di più... Viaggio spesso e posso fare delle comparazioni... A suo favore la distanza dal centro e dal mare per il resto allego le foto...

Great little hotel in the center of Alassio

Super friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely great, just a couple of streets from the sea. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor (2nd in US), so there was a bit of traffic noise, but we still slept very well. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Lux again.

Struttura comoda e pulita

L' ospitalità é di casa, stanza pulita ed ordinata, bagnetto un po' piccolo ma comodo, c'è una stanzetta per poter fare i pasti con fornetto e macchinetta per bevande e caffè. Sotto c'è un supermercato aperto h 24 utilissimo .. neanche 10 minuti di cammino e si é al mare ... ci tornerò senza dubbio

Hotel carino, personale cortese è disponibile ed il prezzo economico lo fanno uno dei più vantaggiosi di Alassio. Consiglio sicuramente.

Molto vicino al budello e quindi al mare di Alassi

Prenotato per venedrdì 13 gennaio 2017. Pur arrivando oltre le 20, il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Albergo all'interno di un palazzo, al primo piano di un edificio storico. Camera ampia, pulita e accogliente. Bagno minimo ma sufficiente. Ambiente silenzioso. Ho scelto di non fare colazione in albergo, non tanto per il risparmio, giusto 5,00 euro, quanto per la possibilità di fare colazione in un bar sul frontemare.

très bon rapport qualité / prix

Choisi au hasard pour un tournoi annuel de tennis en remplacement de celui où je descends habituellement qui était complet, j'y ai trouvé un excellent accueil et des prestations suffisantes pour mes besoins du moment en adéquation avec le prix .

gentilezza e massima disponibilità

Come anticipato telefonicamente al momento della prenotazione, ci siamo presentati in albergo oltre le 23 e la gentilissima proprietaria ci ha accolto con un sorriso nonostante fossimo fuori tempo massimo per effettuare il check-in. La stanza era semplice ma attrezzata di tutto e dalla pulizia ineccepibile. Posizione dell'albergo strategica. Consigliatissimo!

Lo consiglio...Merita più di 1 stella!

Per essere un hotel a 1 stella è davvero confortevole e molto ben curato. La receptionist è stata molto cordiale con noi, le camere sono abbastanza pulite e ben tenute. L'edificio da fuori può apparire vecchio ma l'hotel è stato ristrutturato da poco e ha uno stile accogliente e moderno. Non c'è la cucina ma si può fare colazione in un'ampia sala, ci sono anche i distributori di bevande calde, fredde e snack. Hanno una convenzione con il ristorante a pian terreno. La posizione è ottimale, si raggiunge a piedi il centro e la spiaggia. Il prezzo è ragionevole. L'unica pecca sono gli infissi che non isolano molto dal rumore esterno ma soprattutto l'assenza di aria condizionata. C'è un ventilatore sul soffitto a tre velocità...La 2 e la 3 non le abbiamo potuto usare perché erano rumorosissime! Comunque siccome non faceva troppo caldo, siamo stati fortunati e ci è bastata la velocità 1. A parte questo, lo consiglio vivamente!
