Unfriendly staff, place felt like it wasn't even in business all the lights are off in hallways probably for them to save money instead of doing it for energy purposes. There was an upcharge for basically everything even wifi, this is not "all inclusive" so do not go for the extra charge for all inclusive. Surrounding area dirty and not safe feeling along with the property itself.

Imposiible to sleep due to loud music all the time, no sound proff. We stayed 14 day, linens were changed once, towels - twice, no floor cleaning, no bathroom cleaning.

Not a 5 star hotel
They give bracelets and towel cards only after check-in at 14-00. If you arrive earlier, no way to have some rest before 14-00 PM. Food is standard, nothing special. Chicken, potatoes etc.

All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller. Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK. No laundry service available at all. Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning). Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite. Beach was also good. Overall Senza the inn resort is only 3*.

This hotel shouldn’t be more then 3 stars the conditions are old and dingy. The reception and customer service was rude and terrible. There was no air conditioning, there was mildew in the bathroom, the food was mediocre and lacked selection. Had to ask several times for simple things like changing sheets (1 time in the 2 week stay) the balcony door lock was broken. We booked a non smoking room, but turned out every single room is a smoking room and since the balcony door didn’t close and there was no AC the smoke smell from neighbors was constant. The receptionist were rude I asked to speak to the manager it was a big mystery and no one would call him or give me his name. The food was the same thing during our whole 2 week stay. The pool is freezing and none heated.

There was too much noise, the staff don’t speak or understand English there was nothing inside the fridge as we had all inclusive, the rooms weren’t regularly cleaned and also there where astray cats running around the hotel no room service too and no towels changed

Family friendly hotel
We arrived early in the morning after being picked up by the driver from Elefti transfer company. The reception staff was very friendly. They charged us 50 dollars for an early check-in, took our luggage up to the room with a sea view. Air conditioner was perfect. All meals were freshly made, fair choice of options, self service meals all day long from the different restaurants, canteens and cafe on the beach. Water slides for the children, large swimming pool right in front of the hotel, entertainment at night. 10 min walk to the beach, plenty of sun lounges, unlimited free drinks. Water sports activities (pay extra). The only thing was not very pleasant - the noise outside, loud music from 10am til midnight with a few short breaks.

The hotel itself was ok rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. But they didnt change the sheets or towels. The food we didn't like, it was mostly the same and very cold and tastless. Some staff were friendly and some were rude. There were only 2 uk family at this hotel, rest was russian or german. So the entertainment was not in english. It was also difficult communicating with some staff members. The beach was dirty but the sea was clear blue. Enjoyed the spa. Wouldnt say its 5* more like 3*. Location was excellent though. Would go back but not this hotel.

Mon enfant est tombé malade nous avons rejoint l'hôpital ( l'hôtel n'est pas en cause) après la première nuit nous avons quitté l'hôtel, aucun remboursement des nuits restants. Le restaurant est limité en termes de nourritures ou de plats, les chambres n'ont aucune protection acoustique , le ronflement des voisins etaient horribles. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, les personnels parfaits et très aimables.

Do NOT recommend!!!!
Dirtiest hotel I have been to. The housekeeper only mops the floor and make the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned in 4 days until i made a complaint to the higher responsible person!! We got all salmonella and my 1 year old daughter got really sick! The service is really low when we arrived the staff didnt even look at us at the reception we didnt feel welcome at all! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! . You even have to pay for wifi!!!!!

Wegen fehlender 50 Euro bei der finalen Rechnung wurde ich wie ein Verbrecher festgehalten die Polizei kam und ging lachend wieder. Mein Chip auf der CC war defekt und akzepierten nur cash. A Pfand wurde meine Uhr konfisziert. Tags darauf habe ich die ausstehenden 50 euro bezahlt. So behandelt man keine Gäste die vorher ne Menge Geld dort gelassen haben. Scheiss Laden !

Muten waren suoer dun in de kamer! Je hoort letterlijk alles! Late uitcheck ivm laat terugreis, moest je €10 per uur betalen. Kinder club was alleen.maar in heg Russisch, terwijl er kids uit verschillende landen waren .

Hiç memun kalmadık
Otel sanki kapasiteden daha fazla idi. Havuzlar halk plajı gibiydi. 3 gece orda kaldık havuza adımımı atmadım. Deniz sahili pisti, kendi plajları olan kısmı temizleyebilirlerdi. Herşey dahil konseptleri diğer otellere göre farklı. Çocukları ilgilendiren tüm sncaklar ücretli. Deniz snack bölümünde hamburger aldım ekmek bayattı. Sabah kahvaltısında küçük simit aldım bayattı. Personeller yoğunluktan agresifleşmiş. Daha fazla personel çalıştırmaları lazım. İlk oda bize teslim edildiğinde 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen bir set havlu koymamışlardı. Resepsiyonu tam 4 kere aradım ancak havlu geldi. Aldığım bilgi ise Senza’nın diğer grup otellere rezervasyon yapanları hepsini The inn senza toplamışlar. Yoğunluk olmasa belki daha iyi olabilirdi. Herşeyde uzun uzun kuyruklar oluşuyor. Açıkçası ben hiç memnun olmadım.

Повсеместная грязь уничтожает все впечатление
Самая главная беда отеля - грязь. Она везде: начиная со стаканов, которые наверное не менялись и не мылись капитально со дня переименования отеля, заканчивая стульями в ресторане, стенами и полами. Повсеместное курение, в том числе персонала, которые позволяет себе это делать в каморках для хранения инвентаря на этажах и в подсобке у барных стоек, отчего запах по отелю стоит невыветриваемый. Темнота в коридорах, туалетах, уличных зонах ресторана - экономят на электричестве. Найти тихий номер нереально: с одно стороны отельный амфитеатр орет до 23 часов, с другой весь день бассейновая музыка гремит, с другой - вечерняя программа другого отеля до 23 часов, с другой - мулла. В номере чисто, все исправно. Напитки хорошие - ультра оправдывает.

pool ist gut,sauber mitarbeiter unfreundlich außer 4-5 personal alkohol und die getränke sehr billigqualität strand ist zum kotzen animation team es geht Essen sieht gut aus aber nicht so gut schmeckt sauna,hamam bis 14 uhr kostenlos. für ein 5 sterne hotel&spa vielfalt,servis,qualität nicht ausreichend

Rigtig hyggeligt og flot hotel med en masse forskellige ting man kan lave også med børn. Massere forskelligt mad at vælge imellem. Deres rengøring er dog ikke tip top, kunne forberedes en del. Og så fylder russerne bare en del på hotellet.(dem er der mange af).

Die Minidisco sowie die Unterhaltung ist auf Russisch! Alle nichtrussischen Kinder werden ausgeschlossen! Fühlten uns nicht wie in der Türkei sondern wie in Russland!

Tyvärr måste jag säga att det värsta resa jag gjorde under hela mitt liv. Personal kan kommunicera bara på ryska. Bara npgra som kunde engelsla. Städning var under all kritik. Mayen utan smak och vidrig. Smutsiga talrikar och bestick. Samma mat varje dag mycket folk och det var iböand svårt att hitta ett sittplats. Långa köer till buffén. Polen var full med sand och någon form baktrie vi fick alöhoppa massa. Utslag huden man va tvungen att söka hudläkare sist men inte minst slagsmål utanför mitt rum kl 2 på natten min 7 åriga pöjke var jätterädd. Åk inte ditt man länner sig i moskva och är inte i Alanya.

Vi er en familj på 7 vuxna och 2 barn som betalade SEK +110,000,- for 10 nätter och det var det sämsta hotel/personal/service/mat vi NÅGONSIN har upplevd!!! Ett hotel där säger det er 5* och inte äns pratar engelska , överhuvudet taket!!! Expedia ljuger på deras hemsida om olika grejer och vi er 3 familjer där vill göra en stor formel klaga till Expedia. (Där var åndå slagsmål på 2 nätter vår min frus syster och barn måtte flykta till vår rum på en annan våning och vi fick tillkalla polisen och jag måtte ha möte med hotel chefen Mr Hassan nästa dag, otroligt dåligt ställe!!! Detta hotel har ALDRIG vart i närheten av bara 4 eller 5* (rena handduk värja 2. Dag och ”städning” 2 gångar i veckan och inte glas eller kuppar till alla i rummet..) , det er et vanligt 3 * , PÅ EN BRA DAG!!!!!!!
