Refrigerator doesnt work..its ridiculuous.. You can stuck in Elevator..it happened to me.. We told them refrigerator is defective, they did nothing..they just ignored it..same with the elevator..people are not friendly..

Great location. Costs its price.
Location is amazing - 3 min from great Kleopatra beach, and 5 min to all restaurants, museum an cable car to the Castle on the hill. Really loved the location. The wifi was terrible, conditions are so-so. But I paid $100 per week and I am totally sure it is the best place for this price ever!

The property is really handy as it is near the Atatürk Boulevard and right near the beach. A bit disappointed from the room, as it looked really nice in pictures but once we got there it wasn’t what one would expect. The Ac was really old and we had to play it with several times before it would work correctly. Like it would randomly stop and not work. There was a small fridge but because of the short plug, it was in the middle of the room. Like that could be easily fixed by buying a longer cable. The toilet kept moving so sitting down was always dangerous (not firmly set). The water in the shower was really weak. There wasn’t a towel to dry the floor after coming out of the shower. I think in general there was no care and the room looked old and shabby. I’ve been in hostels for half the price with much better rooms. Considering we are in Turkey, the price was too high for what it offered. You are basically paying for the location. The view from the terrace was nothing special (just buildings) and the pool is closed at night. The shampoos are reused and taken from other hotels. Honestly this place offers cheap quality service for a high price considering the local market. I guess it’s not so bad since it’s well-located but apart from that I wouldn’t stay here again.
