Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

On the website it is written that check out is at 11 o clock, but when you go to the hotel there id writttn that it is at 10 o clock. so i have been there 2 times and both times they will come to knock on the door at 10 in the morning. also reception is little nervous and the condition of the rooms is not so good
