Bad Service & no internet.

Hotellivierailuni oli valitettavasti pettymys. Asiakaspalvelu oli alhaisella tasolla, eikä henkilökunta ollut kovin ystävällistä. Huone oli kylmä, eikä lämmityksestä ollut apua. Vaikka varausvahvistuksessa luki, että hotellissa olisi Wi-Fi, sitä ei ollut saatavilla. Aamupala oli saatavilla vain pyynnöstä, mutta odotin sen olevan tarjolla automaattisesti. Kokonaisuudessaan kokemus ei vastannut odotuksia.

Zimmer stinkt (Zigarettenrauch) Fenster lassen sich nicht alle öffnen, vergilbte Handtücher, vergilbter Kühlschrank,totes Ungeziefer im Badezimmer, verstaubte schwere teilweise ausgehängte Ubergardinen, Minifernseher ohne Funktion, dreckige Kaffeemaschine , vorgefertigte Frühstücksteller bestehend aus ein hartgekochtes Ei, 5 grüne, 5 schwarze Oliven, 3 Scheiben Weißbrot, 1 trockene Scheibe Käse, 3 Scheiben Wurst,abgepackte Marmelade. Ich musste nach einer Nacht das Hotel verlassen,meine Nasenschleimhäute waren angeschwollen.Die Luft war schlimm im Zimmer, und verstaubt. Ich habe versucht das mir wenigstens ein Teil erstattet wird, aber nichts. Das Geld ist weg,aber .meine Gesundheit ist mir wichtiger. Außer türkisch kann dort keiner was verstehen. Ich kann nur raten....FINGER WEG...

Manglende service

Morgenmaden var skåret ned til minimum. Savnede feks.Juice, smør. Kaffen blev lavet på maskine, men den blev ikke fyldt op, og når vi kommenterede på dette, blev maskinen bare slukket. Rene håndklæder måtte vi bede om at få, som vi selv måtte ned og hente i receptionen, til trods for at de havde sagt at de ville komme op med dem på værelset. De beskidte håndklæder lå 4 dage på gulvet, på trods af at receptionen havde lovet at hente dem.

Ligger dejligt centralt i Mahmutlar med udsigt til havet. Dig meget støj fra den mest trafikerede vej til Alanya. Stor mangel på rengøring og ingen kun et skift sf håndklæder på 14 dage - er ikke okay. Værelset dejlgt stort med fremstod meget beskidt og der lå ting under senge og køkkenbord som jeg ikke havde lyst til at se hvad var. Der er Ok pool men selve pool området roset, beskidt og manglede liv i form af bar og lidt liv. Baren var total smadret og ikke i brug. Pool pæn og ren i vandet. Morgenmaden ike værd at skrive om

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel dont la clim ne marchait pas à cause des coupures d’électricité .Personnelles sympathiques. L’intérieur de la chambre et les draps sont propres . Dommage que le mobilier et la peinture sont ancien sa gâche le charme de la chambre. Ils peuvent faire un effort dans la rénovation pour le confort de la clientèle .

Bra hotell men hemsk trafik

Vackert läge med utsikt över havet. Stora rum och stor balkong. Enormt DÅNANDE trafik, gick inte att ha öppet fönster. Hotellet var under renovering och därmed lite stökigt och halvbra service. I stort ett trevligt hotell men för nära stora vägen.

Der var ingen dyne til rådighed og intet varmt vand. Det var virkelig koldt. Møblerne var meget gamle og det var ikke særlig rent. Ingen rengørning og ulækre beskidte og hårde senge. Vil ikke anbefale dette sted til nogle

In Unterkunft ist Renovierung dringend notwendig Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig ,morgens waren die Tische vom Vorabend noch nicht mal abgewischt. Da das Hotel direkt an der D 400 liegt ist es sehr laut.

Verdens verste hotell jeg opplevd i det hele tatt , maten var elendig ,det er ikke internett på rommet gjestene får bare den dårligste øl servert i liten tynn plastikk kåp . En del av rest grunnsaker blir brukt til å lage salat til kvelds maten . Hotellet passer bra for russere . Jeg vil ikke anbefale noen i det hele tatt , kun di som liker å spise gress velkommen .

Voor een weekendje okay, Maar niet voor mijn hele vakantie nog een keer. Personeel doet uiterste best om wat van te maken. 1 persoon na bij de receptie. Die denk dat hij god is. Bij inchecken heel onbeschoft, als je informatie vroeg. En geïrriteerd. Maar al het andere personele, lief en behulpzaam. Hotel is 99% bezet door Russen. Schoon maakster kwam alleen om de prullenbak van de badkamer te ledigen. En deed niks anders. Bad kamer was heel vies. Ik was wel blij dat er een Airco was, en wifi. Prachtige uitzicht. Wij keken naar de zee.

Dit is mijn 3e verblijf bij dit hotel. Het voelt voor mij als een warme deken. We werden opnieuw hartelijk welkom geheten door het personeel en hadden een prettig verblijf. Een rustig familie hotel op een A locatie en op loopafstand van de winkelstraat en aan de snelweg en tegenover het strand. Faciliteiten en entertainment waren weer goed. Volgend jaar opnieuw. Апрельскии каникулы в Алании.

Мы отдыхали почти 17 дней с двумя маленькими детишками. Отель трешечка уверенная. За эти деньги просто супер! Номер двухкомнатный, большой, что для семей очень хорошо. Ребята аниматоры просто молодцы, Волкан всегда поможет во всем, а Joseph вообще душка, на его детские дискотеки приходят все взрослые смотреть, а дети так вообще бегут с ним потанцевать.Здесь пишут про смену белья, а вы оставляйте чаевые и вам все будут менять. Про еду могу сказать что голодными никто не был, повара стараются разнообразить каждый день, но мяса конечно не ждите, за эти деньги баранину вам никто не даст, курочка, сердечки, нагетсы ну и соевые котлетки. Массажист Ваня просто класс, отдельное спасибо. Ванечка вернемся. Набережная самая лучшая из тех что я видела, очень длинная. А какие закаты. Пляж хороший но каменные плиты, есть специально прорубленные места где все хорошо заходят. Отдых супер!!!

Super holiday at Gold Twin Suit

i was on holiday at Gold Twins Suit in Alanya with my son from 20 july till 16 august 2017.This waa my second stay in this hotel. The hotel staff was very helpfull with everything...every problem they tried to solve for the hotelguests. The whole day the entertainteam did their best for us...in the morning...watergym.....than we play darts or table tennis....in the afternoon we played waterpolo....in between the activities they played all kind of music at the bar....in the evening they started with childrendisco and after that karaoke and dance till 23.00 oclock.....also they brouhht people who wants to go to disco tour in Alanya with the hotelbus and back. We had aldo twice a good show from an Arabic belly dancer...a woman and an marvelous African arobic group. So the entertainment at Gold Twins was suprr! Thank you Volkan and Joseph... The food was also very good....different sort of food and enough for everybody. They did barbeque for us and doner kebab. And everyday the Director of the hotel , Mr Kadir, came by and asked the guests if everything was allright. The hotel is beside the highway and across the beach....so its a A-location. Also its near the centre of Mahmutlar and the shopping area and markets. Me and my son had a supervacation at the Gold Twins Suit Hotel and for next year i think that we will go there again.
