"Beautiful property on a quiet Italian farm ! Loved the stay !"

"Hotel location is almost on the top of mountain. Surrounded with fruit trees. Green everywhere. Nice pool but didn’t use it due to season. Real nice location ro relax. Car is must though. The owner offered to cook. Breakfast was nice with toast, home made jam, grapes and walnuts from the yard, coffee…I wish it wasn’t cluttered. The rooms had some a pleasant smell. "

"Nice classic hotel very close to the Rome - Pescara highway. On the edge of Popoli a great old town with good restaurants a river running through. The restaurant and hotel caters to travelers and truck drivers and was great for what I needed. "

The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. Il proprietario, persona simpaticissima, è informatissimo su tutto ciò che si può visitare e la storia dei luoghi e super disponibile a condividere queste conoscenze.
