Un bel hôtel qui ne tient pas ses promesses.

Bel hôtel dans un joli village au bord d’un lac artificiel, donnant accès direct aux installations thermales. L’intérieur de l’hotel est très beau, avec sa table monumentale, son escalier principal, ses balcons et ses ferronneries. Incompréhension à la réservation, après avoir demandé le prix d’un grand lit par rapport à un lit double, le grand lit nous a été attribué dans notre accord préalable, ainsi que les 20€ supplémentaires qui allaient avec. Mauvaise expérience au restaurant : viande de mauvaise qualité (un comble en Extremadure), crevettes pas assez cuites, et personnel pas vraiment sympathique. Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir une chambre donnant sur la terrasse du bar, bruyante jusqu’à 0h30. Par ailleurs, dans la chambre, on entend très très les activités des voisins. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

Hôtel charmant

Avec son style suranné, cet hôtel a un charme fou. Le personnel est très aimable, surtout au restaurant. Les chambres sont très belles et la literie très confortable. A ne pas manquer si vous passez dans le coin. Par contre les bains sont assez moyens et plutôt chers pour tremper une 1/2 h dans de l’eau chaude.

Hotel con balneario precioso y especial

El hotel es una preciosidad y tiene acceso directo al balneario. Las habitaciones, limpias y cómodas, con un TV LCD enorme. Por poner un pero, merece más la pena en relación calidad/precio la cafetería y su carta de comida que el restaurante, en mi opinión.

Paz y relax

El hotel es muy bonito, el trato del personal, perfecto, y tuvimos mala suerte pues nos llovió mucho y no pudimos hacer senderismo y una visita al castillo, pues el entorno del hotel es una zona preciosa para salir al campo y disfrutar. Buen fin de semana, no obstante.
