When I booked the hotel, there were no clear photos or descriptions indicating that the property was actually a motel. This was disappointing, as I would not have chosen to stay here if that had been made clear. The stay itself was mostly fine, but cleanliness could be improved. I noticed a hair on the bathroom counter and a stain on the comforter, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected. One positive note—although we missed breakfast, the front desk staff member was very kind and offered to get us items like muffins, bread, or a donut. That was appreciated and made a good impression. Overall, the experience was decent, but better transparency in the listing and more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference."
