"There were a fair amount of unhoused people in the surrounding blocks. I came to visit the museum which was in walking distance from the hotel but the staff said it was not safe to walk and to take an uber ( I agreed and I did)"

"Hotel is in a great location, with onsite parking, however $40 to park for hotel guests per day is excessive in my opinion. The location is great for walking to attractions like Pier 39 and the Alcatraz ferry. Breakfast was amazing with alot of selection! It gets very busy though, so get there early. ..."

15 Jun 2019Alameda is a very nice place. You should have a wander round the streets where some of the old Victorian houses are located. If only one had a few million dollars to spare!
