"I stayed there three times over the course of a two week stay in Costa Rica. Each time I had a better room, and my last one was beside the pool and really large. The restaurant on-site is expensive but good. There is an awesome place called Lita’s within walking distance that I’d recommend. Amazing Carribean food for very reasonable prices."

Our room had hand painted murals—as does the rest of the hotel—a sitting room and a patio with a gorgeous view of San Jose. "We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our last 2 nights in Costa Rica. It was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The top floor with pool was great with amazing views. Our room with balcony was perfect! We booked the premium room on the 7th floor for dining perks. Breakfast buffet was amazing and snacks in the evening was more like a full course dinner. 24 hr access to coffee and refreshments. I will definitely book again at the Sheraton. "
