"Terrible service. We stayed as part of a large family group of 12 and no-one had a decent experience. Rooms were untouched for days at a time even after we repeatedly asked reception. Broken glass and room service trays left outside garden room for 4 days. Buffet was re-heated fries and burgers. Even the local produce tasted bland and thats hard to manage in Turkey. Id be disappointed if we had paid a quarter of the price. Just terrible."

For budget travelers, it is inconvenient that the hotel does not want you to consume external food or drinks on the property."
