"A lovely updated amenities hotel. No elevators as per the French way!! Front desk manager suggested 3 restaurants and we were able to get into Le Clos Lupin for one of the best meals this trip!, bon appetite!"

"A lovely hotel on the hill with great views and a comfortable bed. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, parking was great, we didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Note - if you want to go into town for a lighter breakfast/coffee - be aware that most places don’t open until 9 or 10am. Beautiful spaces through the property. 15min walk to town, restaurants, beach & hikes. Lots of stairs (no elevator) so if accessibility is an issue this might not be the place for you. We loved it!"

"Staff very helpful. We stayed on a Sunday night and unfortunately there was no dinner and the fireplaces were not lit so the vibe was a little dead. Grounds are beautiful and bed was super comfy. Teapot in room was a nice bonus."

"Lovely friendly hotel just back from the seafront and our room had a seaview. The staff are super friendly and also can help to store cycles. The room was very clean, just with some dated furniture. Would definitely recommend for a few days stay."

"Would have no problem staying here again the location is ideal/beautiful, the property is clean throughout and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but after a long days walk I was more than happy to find this hotel. The breakfast was basic but also very good. The only problem I had was the size of the shower it was difficult to get washed. Anyone who has installed a second shower at 600x600 into a downstairs bathroom will know what I mean. That said it’s a small issue and if I am ever back in this lovely town I would have no hesitation in staying here again."
